Refund Policy

MailMate early access purchases include a 14-day refund period.

14-day refund window

If MailMate does not fit your workflow, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hi@yeshi.app. Include the email address used for purchase and a short reason for the refund request.

What happens after a refund

After a refund is approved, your license may be disabled. Your local MailMate data remains on your device unless you delete it.

Payment provider timing

Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider. Depending on the payment method and bank, funds may take several business days to appear.

Abuse prevention

We may decline refund requests that fall outside the refund period or appear to involve abuse, fraud, or repeated purchase-and-refund behavior.
